This course takes a holistic healing approach to numbing
Spoiler alert, you're not numbing because you have a lack of willpower or are lazy.
We'll explore why you numb on the journey to healing from these three juicy perspectives:
Mind
What role does your inner child and unconscious patterns of thinking play in numbing patterns, and how do you change it? We'll dive into the neuroscience behind numbing, inner child healing, and more during this module.
Body
In this module, we'll explore how the body processes and holds trauma, the importance of nervous system regulation, and how that affects numbing patterns. This one includes a breathwork healing practice.
Soul
What are the desires of your heart, and the urges of your soul? How do you tap into those aspects of yourself to help heal numbing patterns? We'll explore these elements and how you can access them for yourself in this module.
This course is for you if...

Will this course enable me to fully stop numbing?
This course is *not* designed to fully eradicate your numbing patterns. Numbing is actually a powerful form of protection and coping, and can still be a useful tool when applied intentionally.
This course is designed to help you get to the bottom of these patterns, and to further your healing process as it relates to why you're in the pattern in the first place.
How much time does it take?
It depends on your pace—anywhere between 4 days and six weeks. There are 4 modules, which each includes a video lecture and integrative "homework" where you apply and reflect on the topic for that module, and resources for further support.
What if I've never done breathwork or other forms of somatic healing?
Great! This course has you covered and fully supported whether you're brand new or experienced with doing these forms of body-based healing.

I know what it's like to experience the heaviness and dread of perpetually being in a numbing pattern, because that's where I spent the majority of my teenage and adult years.
Over the last several years, I've done a lot of healing + rewiring work, and that's brought me more into alignment with my heart and path.
In the process, I've uncovered so much depth and feeling with myself, which has enabled me to be my silly, loving, sensual, authentic self.

I'm honored to say this work I get to do with others too, as I've worked as a somatic coach and healer for the last three years. Together, we can co-create a space where you feel safe, seen, loved, and are able to heal and expand into the juiciest version of yourself.
